The 3-piece Mühle Rytmo shaving set comprises: a shaving brush made from pure badger hair, a safety razor with a classic blade, and a chrome-plated metal stand. The material is steamed ash. Ash is – after beech and oak – one of the most important native hardwoods. To preserve the natural appearance of the surface, it is treated only with oil and not varnished. This ensures the wood is perfectly protected against water and is therefore particularly durable.Chrome demonstrates its finest qualities in the manufacture of wet shaving accessories: the surface is corrosion-resistant, exceptionally durable and has a luxurious, alluring sheen. The brush head – pure badger hair. Pure badger hair is the benchmark quality amongst natural hair types. The material can be recognised by its relatively dark colour. The individual hairs are slightly sturdier, yet still soft and significantly more flexible than bristles. Anyone choosing a badger-hair brush who wishes to achieve a slightly stronger massaging effect would be well advised to opt for this grade. The shaving head – classic razor blade. Although the exposed blade may seem a little daunting at first, after a short period of getting used to it and when guided with a steady hand, it delivers a very close shave with long-lasting results. Unlike modern blade systems, the head of the safety razor is fixed. The blades are changed by unscrewing the cover. Rytmo – lustre and shine for wet shaving.
