Instructions for use
Read the operating instructions supplied with the injector to find out how to use the injector. The dose is administered once a day by injection under the skin of the lower abdomen or thigh (subcutaneous injection). To make it easier for you to remember the next injection of your medicine, you should always administer it at the same time of day. The preparation can be injected independently of meals. As described in the instructions for use, you should inject the medicine shortly after you have taken the injector out of the refrigerator. Put the injector back in the refrigerator immediately after use. Never store the injector with the needle attached. Never allow other people to use your injector. Your doctor may advise you to take calcium and/or vitamin D supplements during treatment. In this case, your doctor will tell you how much you should take each day.
