Product details

Mextra Superabsorbent 12.5x12.5cm (10 pcs)

A versatile solution that contributes to the effective management of heavily exuding wounds. Mextra Superabsorbent quickly absorbs fluids. Its high absorption and retention capacity for liquids reduces the risk of maceration. Mextra can be used for moderately to heavily exuding wounds, such as chronic wounds like leg ulcers, venous leg ulcers under compression bandages, and chronic wounds like pressure ulcers. Mextra can be used in conjunction with primary dressings such as Mepitel, Mepitel One, fiber dressings, or Melgisorb Plus. Mextra features a water-repellent and breathable top layer that protects against saturation. The top layer prevents fluid from leaking out and protects clothing and bedding from soiling.
