Exufiber is a sterile non-woven dressing made from highly absorbent polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fibers. When in contact with wound exudate, Exufiber forms a gel that facilitates moist wound healing and easy dressing changes. Exufiber allows for high absorption and retention. It can be used for many types of exuding wounds, such as leg and foot ulcers, pressure sores, second-degree burns, surgical wounds, donor sites, and malignant wounds.
