The product combines an absorbent wound pad with a transparent surrounding film, making the dressing discreet to wear, comfortable, and allowing medical professionals to easily inspect the skin around the wound.

The dressing is breathable to prevent maceration while maintaining a moist wound environment.

The absorbent structure takes up small to moderate amounts of fluid.

The gentle and secure fixation protects against microbes larger than 25 nm and leaks.

With its highly absorbent wound pad and highly vapor-permeable film, Mepore Film & Pad offers excellent exudate management. It provides a flexible cover to protect the wound and adapts well to body contours and surface irregularities.

The skin-friendly polyacrylate adhesive allows for gentle yet secure fixation that is also shower-proof.

Mepore Film & Pad is easy to use and can be changed aseptically even while wearing gloves. The frequency of dressing changes depends on the condition of the wound.
