Thanks to its open mesh structure, Mepitel One efficiently directs wound exudate into a secondary dressing. This facilitates topical treatments and allows for the changing of the secondary dressing without interrupting the healing process. Additionally, it seals the wound edges, reducing the risk of leakage and maceration.
