The soft silicone adhesion ensures that the dressing sits gently on the skin without sticking to the moist wound. This allows for pain-free removal without damaging the skin or disturbing the delicate tissue.

Thanks to its open mesh structure, Mepitel One efficiently directs wound exudate into a secondary dressing, such as the Mextra Superabsorbent. This facilitates topical treatments and allows for changing the secondary dressing without interrupting the healing process. Additionally, it seals the wound edges, reducing the risk of leakage and maceration.
