The Mepilex Transfer Safetac wound dressing is an innovative foam bandage specifically designed for the treatment of moderately to heavily exuding wounds. Measuring 10x12 cm, this dressing provides an effective solution for directing wound exudate into a secondary absorbent dressing. The wound pad is made from a soft silicone material that not only protects the wound but also spares the surrounding skin. Thanks to the Safetac technology, the dressing does not stick to the wound, making the dressing change less painful. The Mepilex Transfer wound dressing is ideal for use on damaged or sensitive skin and helps maintain a moist wound environment, promoting healing and reducing the risk of maceration. This wound dressing is a Class IIb medical product and is available in a convenient pack of five.
