Product details

Mepilex foam dressings are characterized by the Safetac technology developed by Mölnlycke Health Care, which ensures easy dressing changes. Mepilex dressings adhere gently, conform flexibly to body contours, and leave no residues. This prevents trauma to the wound and minimizes pain for the patient. The edges of the wound are also sealed by the Safetac layer, preventing any exudate from leaking out.

The standard version, a soft polyurethane foam dressing, has been designed for the treatment of both acute and chronic wounds that exude lightly to moderately. It is also very suitable for the care of ulcers, pressure sores, or diabetic foot syndrome, as well as burns.
