Mepilex foam dressings feature the Safetac technology developed by Mölnlycke Health Care, which ensures easy dressing changes. Mepilex dressings adhere gently, conform flexibly to body areas, and leave no residues. This prevents trauma to the wound and minimizes pain for the patient. The wound edges are also sealed by the Safetac layer, preventing any exudate from leaking out.

The all-in-one foam dressing Mepilex® Border Flex has exceptional adhesion. It can be used versatilely for the treatment of many different wounds, such as diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers, skin tears, and traumatic wounds.
