Mefix Fixation Nonwoven Roll (30 cm x 10 m)

Mefix can be used for securing dressings, compresses, catheters, and cannulas, among other applications. The porous structure of the nonwoven fabric ensures permeability for air and water vapor. The material is stretchable, conforms to body shapes, and allows for body movements without slipping. Additionally, it is non-absorbent, preventing soaking from blood and other fluids. The water-based polyacrylate adhesive is skin-friendly and allows for secure fixation.

Composition:
Mefix consists of a lightweight, elastic, non-absorbent polyester nonwoven fabric and a skin-friendly polyacrylate adhesive for secure fixation. Mefix is protected by an easily removable, length-marked film.

Application:
The protective paper is marked at intervals and features a perforated slot that facilitates the removal of the paper and application of the dressing. Mefix can be quickly cut to the desired length.
