Product details

Mefix can be used for securing dressings, compresses, catheters, and cannulas, among other applications. The porous structure of the non-woven fabric ensures permeability for air and water vapor. The material is stretchable, conforms to body shapes, and allows for body movements without slipping. Additionally, it is non-absorbent and prevents soaking through of blood and other fluids. The water-based polyacrylate adhesive is skin-friendly and allows for secure fixation.

Composition:
Mefix consists of a lightweight, elastic, non-absorbent polyester non-woven fabric and a skin-friendly polyacrylate adhesive for secure fixation. Mefix is protected by an easily removable, length-marked film.

Application:
The protective paper is marked at intervals of 10 cm and features a perforated slit that facilitates the removal of the paper and the application of the dressing. Mefix can be quickly cut to the desired length.
