Mefix can be used for securing dressings, compresses, catheters, and cannulas, among other applications. The porous structure of the nonwoven fabric ensures permeability to air and water vapor. The material is elastic, conforms to body shapes, and allows for body movements without slipping. Additionally, it is non-absorbent and prevents soaking from blood and other fluids. The water-based polyacrylate adhesive is skin-friendly and allows for secure fixation.

Mefix consists of a lightweight, elastic, non-absorbent polyester nonwoven fabric and a skin-friendly polyacrylate adhesive for secure fixation. Mefix is protected by an easily removable, length-marked film.
Application:
The protective paper is marked at intervals of 10 cm and features a perforated slit that facilitates the removal of the paper and the application of the dressing. Mefix can be quickly cut to the desired length.
