The MediTouch 2 test strips are based on an improved enzyme composition (GDH-FAD) that specifically reacts to glucose, thereby minimizing interference from other substances. Additionally, the test strips feature a fill detection system that prevents measurements when there is insufficient blood volume. This ensures that the MediTouch 2 provides even more accurate results, giving diabetes patients the confidence that they are optimally supported in their health management. With additional features such as average value calculation, test reminders, and meal tagging, the MediTouch 2 is the ideal companion for your daily diabetes management. It has a memory for 480 test results, adjustable acoustic test reminders, and a USB connection for data transfer, storage, and analysis via VitaDock Online. The blood glucose meters meet the strictest accuracy requirements according to the DIN EN ISO standard 15197: 2015. The approval of the MediTouch 2 blood glucose meter under the IVD directive confirms its safe and precise measurement. It also includes a tagging function for measurements taken before and after meals.
