Instructions for use
Place the primer brush at the base of the lashes and sweep it through to the tips using gentle zigzag movements. Allow to dry briefly, then repeat with the Sky High Mascara. This allows the Tower-Flex brush to coat every lash from root to tip with the formula and make them appear longer. The result is extremely long and voluminous lashes. To remove the mascara, use an eye make-up remover designed for waterproof make-up without rubbing too hard, to remove all traces as gently as possible.
