Application: Generously apply The Daily Shield about 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every two hours - also after swimming, exercising, or sweating. Using too little sunscreen provides less protection. Excessive sunbathing poses a serious health risk, even with sunscreen. Avoid direct sunlight with children.
