Features
The MalleoTrain Plus combines the proven mechanisms of action of active supports with those of sports taping, providing greater stability and safety. The compression effect of the knitted fabric and the two elastic profile inserts precisely aligned at the outer and inner ankle stabilize the ankle joint, while the alternating pressure massage triggered by movement additionally activates the muscles. The semi-elastic strap system enhances this stabilizing effect, as it is wrapped around the foot in an 8-pattern similar to a tape bandage. This support actively counteracts rolling the ankle outward.

  • Chronic, post-traumatic, or postoperative soft tissue irritation in the ankle area
  • Early functional therapy for capsular ligament strains of the upper or lower ankle
  • Ligament insufficiency
  • Supination prophylaxis, especially during sports activities
  • Postoperative rehabilitation.
