The MalleoTrain Plus ankle brace secures the foot after sprains, strains, and in cases of ligament weakness and extreme stress in sports, without restricting mobility. Two elastic profile inserts (pelottes) and a partially elastic strap system, which wraps around the foot in the shape of an eight, enhance the stabilizing effect of the brace and protect against outward twisting. This makes the MalleoTrain Plus suitable for use in early functional therapy for capsular ligament strains and for protection against ankle injuries.

Indicated for:

  • Chronic, post-traumatic, or post-operative soft tissue irritation conditions in the ankle area
  • Post-operative rehabilitation
  • Early functional therapy for capsular ligament strains of the upper or lower ankle
  • Ligament insufficiency
  • Prophylaxis against supination, especially during sports activities.
