Kinesiology tape is a self-adhesive, stretchable textile band. It is used to treat or prevent various physical complaints.

The tape is designed to lift the skin, thereby reducing pressure on the underlying pain receptors and promoting blood circulation and lymphatic drainage. This is intended to support healing processes and relieve the affected area. Although the effectiveness of kinesiology tape has not yet been scientifically confirmed, many athletes, physiotherapists, and private users report positive experiences.

This sports tape is pre-cut for use on wrist and elbow complaints.
