Application
The INOA system consists of two components. Use INOA exclusively with the new INOA Oxidant. For one application, mix 60g of the rich oxidant (3%, 6% or 9%) and 60g of INOA cream and blend until an even, creamy consistency is achieved. For a white hair coverage and a lightening of 2 pitches use INOA Oxidant 6%. For a lightening of 3 tones use INOA Oxidant 9%.
