Instructions for use
Defined line: Run the pencil along the upper lash line and extend the line slightly outwards. Apply it to the outer half of the lower lash line for added definition. Smokey eye: Apply the pencil to the upper and lower lash lines. Blend it outwards and upwards using a brush or your fingertip. Build up the intensity towards the outer corner of the eye. You can also highlight the inner corner of the eye with a lighter eyeshadow.
