The Brow Artist Skinny Definer by L’Oréal Paris is an ultra-precise eyebrow pencil that effortlessly creates naturally looking brows. With the oval, extra-fine tip on one side, eyebrows can be filled in and defined hair by hair. The refined spiral brush on the other side allows for the fine hairs to be brushed into shape. Instructions for use
