Application of Londa Light Plex Bond Lightening Powder
Depending on the desired lightening result and hair texture, the bleaching powder is mixed with an oxidation emulsion (1.9%, 4%, 6%, 9%, or 12%). The lower the concentration of the oxidation emulsion, the gentler the lightening process. Mixing ratio is 1:1.5 to 1:4. Apply to dry hair.
