The Porelast adhesive bandages have the advantage of not significantly restricting the natural movement of the affected joints. The longitudinally elastic bandages are available with two types of adhesive. They are suitable as long-term compression bandages in phlebology and for functional bandages in sports medicine. Additionally, they provide support and relief for contusions, sprains, and dislocations. They are also useful for corrective bandaging, such as in cases of foot deformities. The porous adhesive-coated fabric is air and water vapor permeable, ensuring good ventilation even with overlapping bandage turns.
