The cohesive bi-elastic fixation band with special stretch behavior adheres to itself but not to skin and hair. It is available in various versions according to needs: Mollelast haft, Mollelast haft color, and Mollelast haft latex-free.

Mollelast haft is longitudinally elastic and laterally stretchable, allowing for a good and wrinkle-free fit. This makes it easy to apply the band to conical body parts and provides secure support even around joints due to excellent layer bonding. The product remains reliable during movement: no pinching or slipping.

The good cohesive properties result from a micro-coating. The woven edges allow for effortless application and prevent fraying. Additionally, the thinly woven material is very breathable and skin-friendly.

The band is used for the fixation of compresses, cannulas, and cast splints (such as the Cellacast Longuette) and provides support, for example, in cases of minor sports injuries.

Latex-free fixation
Mollelast haft is also available latex-free, meaning it has a synthetic micro-coating (free from natural rubber latex). With the latex-free product, users have access to a particularly compatible fixation band with the proven properties of Mollelast haft.
