Heat is a true all-rounder! It effectively alleviates muscle, joint, and menstrual pain by improving blood circulation and relieving tension. Whether in the back, neck, or shoulder area, on arms, legs, or the lower abdomen: Livsane heat wraps are there where you need them, providing relaxing warmth for twelve hours.

The wrap should not be used if:

• you are already using other heat products, creams, or ointments.
• your skin is damaged or particularly sensitive.
• you have experienced bruising or swelling in the last 48 hours.
• you cannot remove the product on your own.
• you are sleeping.
• the product is damaged.
• you are using topical corticosteroids or other medications.
• you plan to exercise afterward.

Application

Gently clean and dry the affected area. Remove the protective layer of the wrap and place it on the painful area. Ensure that it adheres fully to the skin. It may take up to 30 minutes to reach the intended temperature. Wear the wrap for a maximum of 12 hours.

You can also use the product for menstrual pain. Place the part containing the heat cells over the painful area on your underwear, not directly on the skin.
