Do you have movement or menstrual pain and need quick relief? Then try the self-adhesive heat patches from Livsane! They contain special heat cells with natural substances like iron powder, activated charcoal, and salt, which generate heat upon contact with oxygen. This helps to relax tense muscles and quickly and reliably alleviate your discomfort – all without medication.

The patch should not be used if:

  • you are already using other heat products, creams, or ointments.
  • your skin is damaged or particularly sensitive.
  • you have had bruises or swelling in the last 48 hours.
  • you cannot remove the product on your own.
  • you are sleeping.
  • the product is damaged.
  • you are using topical corticosteroids or other medications.
  • you plan to exercise afterward.

Application:
Gently clean and dry the affected area. Remove the protective layer of the patch and place it on the painful area. Ensure that it adheres fully to the skin. It may take up to 30 minutes to reach the intended temperature. Wear the patch for a maximum of twelve hours.

You can also use the product for menstrual pain. For this, place the heat patch over the painful area on your underwear and not directly on the skin.
