Application

• Please disinfect the probe before first use.
• Press the ON/OFF button.
• Once a short beep sounds and the letters "Lo" along with a blinking "°C" or "°F" appear on the display, the thermometer is ready for use.
• If the ambient temperature is below 32 °C or 89.6 °F, "Lo °C" or "Lo °F" will appear. If the ambient temperature is above 42.9 °C or 109.2 °F, "Hi °C" or "Hi °F" will appear.
• Once the measurement is complete, a beep will sound four times, and the "°C" or "°F" symbol will stop blinking.
• The highest measured temperature will be displayed on the LCD screen.
• When the measurement is complete, please turn off the thermometer by pressing the ON/OFF button.

Note

Please be aware that measuring body temperature depends on the location where the measurement is taken. For this reason, the measurement site on the thermometer must always be indicated to ensure that an accurate temperature reading is recorded. Incorrect methods of temperature measurement can lead to inaccurate results.
