Instructions for use | Apply to cheekbones, temples and décolleté to emphasise the highlights. Use the tip of the 'Neo-Powder Brush' to pick up the centre highlighter shade in rose gold; apply to the eyelids and the highest points of the cheeks (the curved, full part of the cheeks that lifts when you smile).
