Application

The primary use is on specific reflex zones of the soles overnight. It is recommended to clean the feet thoroughly from creams, oils, etc. Dry the feet well after cleaning.

• Remove the larger strip from the adhesive patch and unpack the herbal patch from the protective film.
• Place the herbal patch with the labeled side in the center of the prepared adhesive patch, with the white side facing up.
• Now remove the second strip from the adhesive patch and evenly distribute the powder in the herbal patch by gently shaking.
• You can now stick the herbal patch onto your feet or the desired area of the body.

After 6-8 hours of application, remove the herbal patch and thoroughly clean the adhered area with water and soap.
