Like this: We use aloe vera as a powder concentrate because fresh direct juice cannot be preserved long enough to get it from the bottling plant to us and then to you in time. For the aloe vera powder, the fresh juice from the leaf pulp is heated and then freeze-dried or spray-dried. This leaf powder can then later be diluted and over-concentrated as desired. We rely on this so-called over-concentration, which enables us to use 100% concentrated aloe vera.
