Hydrocoll Classic is a high-quality, self-adhesive hydrocolloid dressing specifically designed for the moist treatment of lightly to moderately exuding wounds. It absorbs excess wound exudate, creating an optimal moist wound environment that actively promotes healing during the granulation and epithelialization phases. Upon contact with wound fluid, the dressing transforms its hydrocolloid components into a gel-like substance that protects the wound, keeps the tissue moist, and supports cell regeneration.

The semi-occlusive outer layer provides protection against external influences such as germs and liquids, while the strong adhesion ensures a secure fit—no additional fixation is necessary. The painless dressing change prevents irritation to the wound and increases wearing comfort.
