Instructions for use
Hold the pencil by the rubberised grip and draw small strokes from the inner corner of the eye along the natural line of the upper lash line. For a dynamic wing, place the eyeliner at the outer corner of the eye so that it runs towards the end of the eyebrow (for the right angle, imagine the curve as an extension of your lower lash line). Try to relax your eye as you do this. Now connect the wing with the rest of the eyeliner and fill in the empty space. Tip: Always position the eyeliner vertically with the tip pointing downwards and never use it on the waterline.
