Maca Origin 800 for natural bodybuilders consists of 800 mg capsules. Maca (Lepidium meyenii) grows only in a very limited area in the Peruvian Andes at an altitude of over 3,800 meters. The Maca root contains valuable proteins, a lot of iron, magnesium, calcium, carbohydrates, phosphorus, essential minerals, and nearly all vitamins.
