Maca Origin 800 for natural bodybuilders consists of 800 mg capsules. Maca (Lepidium meyenii) grows only in a very limited area of the Peruvian Andes at an altitude of over 3800 meters. The Maca root contains valuable proteins, a lot of iron, magnesium, calcium, carbohydrates, phosphorus, essential minerals, and nearly all vitamins. It makes an extremely valuable contribution to a healthy, balanced diet. Recommended intake: Take 3 capsules of Maca Origin in the morning just before breakfast with 1/4 liter of water. Take another 3 capsules about 30 minutes before training or sports. It is recommended to consume Maca Origin for a period of at least 4 to 6 weeks. Ingredients: Maca powder, beef gelatin (capsule), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide). May contain traces of gluten, lactose, soy, and egg protein.
