The large sponge is the right choice for heavier bleeding. With its high absorbency, it replaces several tampons and gives you a secure feeling even on the heaviest days. Moisten before use, squeeze and insert as usual. Rinse thoroughly after use and clean with cleaning tabs. If necessary, you can also wear two sponges at the same time for extra protection.
