Hay flowers is a collective term for various plants that are used externally to support the treatment of ailments. They provide pleasant warmth, improve surface circulation, and allow previously applied spagyric essences to penetrate faster and better. The Heidak hay flower packs contain husks, flowers, seeds, as well as varying amounts of stem and leaf fragments from different grasses and meadow plants, and are obtained by sieving hay.

Instructions for use | Moisten a sachet with cold water and heat in steam for 3-5 minutes. Apply a hot, damp sachet to the directly affected area once a day and leave to work for 30-60 minutes. Adjust the temperature to the individual heat sensation of the user. It is advisable to fix the bag in place with a pre-heated cloth and cover with a woollen blanket. The bag should be removed before it cools down and should only be used once. To maximise the effect of the hay flower pack, we recommend resting for approx. 30 minutes after removing the bag. |
