Product details

Hay flowers is a collective term for various plants that are used externally to support the treatment of ailments. They provide pleasant warmth, improve surface circulation, and allow previously applied spagyric essences to penetrate faster and better. The Heidak hay flower packs contain husks, flowers, seeds, as well as varying amounts of stem and leaf fragments from different grasses and meadow plants, and are obtained by sieving hay.

Package: 5 bags of 50 g each

Application:

  • Moisten one bag with cold water and heat it in steam for 3-5 minutes.
  • Once a day, place a hot, moist bag on the directly affected area and let it work for 30-60 minutes. Adjust the temperature to the individual heat sensitivity of the user. It is advisable to secure the bag with a pre-warmed cloth and cover it with a wool blanket.
  • Thanks to the warmth and moisture, applied medications such as spagyrics or tinctures are optimally absorbed by the skin.
  • The bag should be removed before it cools down and is intended for single use only.
  • To allow the effects of the hay flower pack to unfold optimally, we recommend resting for about 30 minutes after removing the bag.

Instructions for use

Adjust the temperature to the individual heat sensation of the user. It is advisable to fix the bag in place with a pre-heated cloth and cover with a woollen blanket. The bag should be removed before it cools down and should only be used once. To maximise the effect of the hay flower pack, we recommend resting for approx. 30 minutes after removing the bag.
