The unique washable absorbent underwear from MoliCare® has been specifically designed for women with very light bladder weakness. It features a hidden pocket where the MoliCare® X-Change Pad can be inserted for added protection. The underwear, combined with the MoliCare® X-Change Pads, can absorb up to 30 teaspoons (approximately 149 ml) of urine, providing a secure feeling in everyday life. The seamless and discreet design makes it nearly invisible under clothing, ensuring maximum discretion. The MoliCare® X-Change Pads can be easily placed in the hidden pocket and swapped out as needed. They also provide reliable odor control. The incontinence underwear can be hygienically washed at 60°C after removing the X-Change Pad and is also suitable for tumble drying. As the underwear is reusable, it generates 78% less plastic waste compared to conventional disposable products. Made from soft, skin-friendly materials, the underwear does not contain silver chloride or other biocides that could affect the vaginal flora. Developed in Germany, it combines functionality with wearing comfort. The package includes a women's incontinence underwear in size M or L, along with five MoliCare® X-Change Pads. Size M corresponds to EU size 36/38, and size L corresponds to EU size 40/42.
