Hartmann Cosmopor sterile wound dressing is self-adhesive and consists of a soft carrier fleece and a central wound pad. The wound contact layer made of a fine-mesh polyethylene net prevents sticking to the wound. Rapid secretion drainage is ensured by the drainage effect of the micro-net. Its good absorbency and cushioning effect provide quick relief. The Cosmopor wound dressing is skin-friendly due to its hypoallergenic polyacrylate adhesive.
