The post-operative dressings for maximum absorption with minimal rewetting are equipped with the innovative DryBarrier® technology, which allows wound exudate to be absorbed into the wound pad but not released back - even under pressure. This combination of high absorbency and minimal rewetting enables the post-operative dressing to remain on the wound for a longer period. The product is a sterile self-adhesive wound dressing made from soft carrier fleece, featuring a highly absorbent wound pad.
