This wound-healing ointment supports the natural healing of minor, superficial wounds such as cuts, grazes, scratches and minor first- and second-degree burns. Hansaplast Wound and Healing Ointment can be applied to minor, superficial, open wounds and damaged skin at any stage of the healing process.

Clinical studies confirm that moist wound healing conditions support and accelerate the skin’s natural wound healing process. Hansaplast Wound Healing Ointment forms a breathable protective film that shields the wound from external influences whilst preventing it from drying out. Hansaplast Wound Healing Ointment thus creates an optimal, moist wound environment, has been proven to promote rapid wound healing and reduces the risk of scarring.

The particularly skin-friendly formula of the wound healing ointment is dermatologically tested and is also suitable for babies, children and sensitive skin. The wound healing ointment is free from fragrances, colourings and preservatives, as well as animal-derived ingredients (vegan). The ointment can be used in conjunction with Hansaplast plasters such as Classic, Elastic, Sensitive, Universal or Kids plasters.

Instructions for use
A clean and cleansed wound is the first step for optimal healing to effectively protect the wound from infection. Spray Hansaplast Wound Spray onto the entire wound from a distance of approx. 10cm to remove dirt and visible particles. Repeat if necessary. Then carefully dry the wound and the surrounding skin.
