Instructions for use | - Place the smooth side of the support on the skin. Position the support so that the round opening is over the kneecap and the single strap is pointing outwards. Pass this strap under the knee and fasten it. - Pass the other two straps under the knee and fasten them. Use the Velcro fastener to adjust the desired hold.
