Product details

Primarily used for the treatment of bilateral hernias, inguinal hernias (which occur eight times more frequently in men), and femoral hernias (which are much more common in women). The bandage provides the necessary support and creates local inguinal and femoral ring compression. It prevents postoperative recurrences, accelerates the healing process, and helps alleviate pain.

The wide belt is wrapped around the upper thigh and secured with a Velcro fastener. The adjustable straps are placed around the inner thigh. You can find the correct size in the size chart.

Two removable compression pads on each side allow for precise positioning and compression if needed. If strong compression is not necessary for small hernias, the pads can be replaced with a cotton pad of the required size. To prevent a recurrence of the hernia during the postoperative period, liners can be used without the pads.

The belt allows the patient to engage in normal activities and provides good hip mobility. It offers excellent support for those who work physically, especially when lifting heavy objects. You can wear this belt directly on the skin or over a thin garment.
