The manufacturing of the Fusion 1-Day contact lens by Conil employs a special patented process known as Fusion technology. This involves cross-linking tamarind seed polysaccharide (TSP) and the natural tear substitute hyaluron within the lens material. This ensures a continuous tear film, preventing mechanical friction between the lens and eyelid even after many hours of wear. This effectively helps to prevent dryness and fatigue of the eyes.

Thanks to modern manufacturing technologies, the contact lens has a center thickness of only 0.05 millimeters at -3.00 diopters, resulting in very high wearing comfort.

The imaging properties of the Fusion 1-Day contact lens are optimized to provide a better visual experience. Physically, lenses exhibit a phenomenon known as spherical aberration, where the representation of objects not in the area of maximum sharpness occurs with varying degrees of blurriness.
