The pink-coloured menstrual cup was developed as an alternative to tampons, pads and other disposable menstrual systems. It has the same function as the conventional menstrual cup, but with a slightly different design and function: it is made of body-safe medical silicone, with a flexible yet rigid ring that moulds to the vaginal walls and a leak-proof double rim. Unlike the conventional cup, the disc is located directly under the cervix, in the deepest part of the vaginal canal, and is supported by the pelvic bone. A very special innovation is that you can have sexual intercourse with penetration with this menstrual disc. It offers up to 12 hours of comfort and is reusable and sustainable.
