The ETA Christiane digital personal scale weighs you with an accuracy of 100 g and assesses your shape. Thanks to the body analysis function, it shows you the percentage of fat, water, muscle and bone in your body and instantly calculates your BMI - this indicates whether you are in the zone of undernourishment, normal weight, overweight or obese. There is also an indicative calculation of the calories you should be taking in daily to be fit.
