Instructions for use
For energy supply during prolonged physical exertion, take 2 Cheerpacks. Best taken about 45 minutes before the end of physical activity. Depending on the duration and intensity of the physical activity, higher doses (no more than 4 Cheerpacks) can be taken. The contents can be drunk in small sips at regular intervals during exercise, thanks to the safe, practical screw cap, or consumed alternately in one shot. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use within 48 hours.
