Eltabia Psyllium husks

Psyllium husks are the shells of the seeds of the plantain species Plantago indica/ovata. When the fruits of the plant are ripe, the small seeds jump up, resembling the appearance of fleas. This is why they are called psyllium seeds or, in Latin, Psyllium fleawort. For over 2000 years, psyllium husks have been an important part of traditional Indian culture. They have also been established in Europe since ancient times.
