The Moringa Oleifera tree, with its valuable leaves, originally comes from the Himalayas. In India, Moringa has been used for centuries as a medicinal and food source, and in all of Asia, the green powder plays a significant role in nutrition. One remarkable feature of the tree is its rapid growth. It can grow up to 30 cm per month and reaches a height of 8 meters within the first year. This is due to the growth hormone and antioxidant zeatin, which is found in large quantities in the Moringa tree. The content of essential amino acids in Moringa, which the body cannot produce itself, is also impressive. Moringa contains twice as much calcium as milk. Additionally, glucosinolates are present in Moringa, which are considered a natural antibiotic.
