Product details

The completely alcohol-free skin protection paste is used to protect sensitive, inflamed, irritated skin from excretions and to seal off even the smallest skin folds.

It does not sting on the skin and is used to fill in depressions in scar tissue or wrinkles before applying the dressing.

The unique formulation of Eakin Cohesive Skin Protection ensures that enzymes do not attack the skin. This effectively minimizes the risk of leaks and associated skin damage.

In many cases, it is medically necessary:
• for skin damage, e.g., in the post-operative phase (also for lesions) and to protect the wound area
• for peristomal pressure ulcers
• for hard-to-dress areas, e.g., for filling and sealing in folds
• for skin irregularities around the stoma, e.g., scars
• for problematic skin.

Firstly, the skin around the storma is cleaned and dried so that it is clean and free of grease. The paste can then be applied directly from the tube. Finally, the bag or base plate is placed in the desired position and pressed on for 30 seconds.
