Each box contains 100 half razor blades. Each blade is protected by a thin wax paper. To dispose of the blades safely, the blade can be placed back into the wax paper after use. A single hair provides a similar resistance to a thin metal wire. This illustrates the significant forces that a razor blade must withstand.
